The City of Minnesota is seeking a vendor to implement a cloud-based grant management system designed to streamline the creation, customization, and management of standardized forms for grant applications, reporting, compliance, and related processes. The proposed platform must support centralized deployment and facilitate seamless integration of dynamic content, allowing grant-specific information to be merged into forms and documents as needed.

Key requirements include integration with the City's Infor ERP system and other financial or budgeting solutions through secure APIs, along with the capacity for automated notifications and alerts regarding deadlines, compliance, and approvals. The system should enable the creation and customization of forms using predefined templates and validation rules, be mobile-responsive, and provide robust record-keeping and search functionalities for efficient grant management.
