Cloud-Based Global Finance and Accounting Solution

A non-profit organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based global finance and accounting solution. The project is consultant-led, with the consultant overseeing all phases of the procurement cycle, from finalizing the RFP to selecting a partner and negotiating contracts.

The consultant will ensure a robust and transparent process in alignment with best practices for finance system procurement within the non-profit sector. Responsibilities include managing publication, coordinating responses to vendor queries, and organizing bidder engagement sessions. Communication with potential implementation partners will be coordinated to provide clear guidance on requirements and timelines.

Additionally, the consultant will design and manage a comprehensive evaluation process, developing both technical and commercial evaluation criteria as well as scoring matrices. The process will include moderation of evaluation panels and support for the project team in shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and performing due diligence on prospective partners.
