DESCRIPTION


The vendor will provide a cloud-based GIS hosting and engagement platform for geospatial data supporting more than 2,000 users. The solution must enable continued access to data, maps, and applications currently maintained in ArcGIS Online, while supporting future development of geospatial data and configurable mobile or web applications for local government operations.

The requirements include on-premises mapping server software for GIS data maintained in enterprise databases, integration with existing enterprise and external applications through APIs, and deployment behind a firewall where required. Desktop software must support the creation, analysis, management, and sharing of geospatial information across cloud-based and on-premises enterprise mapping platforms.

The platform should also provide customizable field operations applications, configuration templates for common local government needs, 3D data creation and processing, drone-based data collection and photogrammetry, imagery analysis and hosting, search, geocoding, routing, network analysis, parcel and cadastral data management, and intelligence analysis tools for public safety.
