Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud-based solution for floodplain management and inspection services. The selected provider will deliver software and services that support floodplain management, building safety compliance, elevation certificate processing, repetitive loss data stewardship, milestone inspections, and tracking of mailing records.
The solution must include software subscription or licensing, system implementation, staff training, ongoing maintenance, and technical support. Required features encompass data extraction and management, an internal dashboard for users, a public access component, record management for mailings, clear data ownership terms with post-termination access, and adherence to all applicable licensing, registration, and legal compliance requirements.
The initial contract term is two years.
