Cloud-Based Flight, Gate, Baggage and Terminal Information Display System Upgrade

This RFP seeks a vendor to design, upgrade, integrate, and install a comprehensive cloud-based solution for flight, gate, baggage, and terminal public address information display systems. The project covers the upgrade and replacement of existing Flight Information Display System (FIDS), Gate Information Display System (GIDS), Baggage Information Display System (BIDS), and Terminal Public Address (PA) System with a full cloud-based platform.

The proposed solution must manage flight schedule data and distribute information to multiple touchpoints across the terminal, including flight, gate, baggage, and check-in counters displays as indicated in provided drawings. Vendors should offer design tools that include templates for screen and video monitor layouts, enabling airport staff to customize displays and insert web URLs for web page content. The system must allow users to easily design their own layouts and provide interfaces for generating and distributing current flight information to the airport’s website.

Additional requirements include visual paging accessible from client workstations, easy-to-use client access for multiple users with secure rights management, and system administration functions to configure access restrictions per user level. The solution must be capable of hosting data feeds over the internet to enable airlines to download flight data to the FIDS database, with interfaces to United Airlines, American Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, Delta Airlines, Aerus, and provision for future airline data integration.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2026, and questions must be submitted by May 8, 2026.
