DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based financial management system designed to streamline budgeting, finance, personnel, and payroll processes. The proposed system must be user-friendly and intuitive, supporting both PC and Mac platforms, and be capable of replacing or reducing manual workflows. Reporting features must adhere to regulatory requirements and allow for report drilling and document imaging links.
The solution should support a wide range of components, including budget and finance management, personnel and payroll modules, electronic check signing with administrative controls, and cash receipts and revenue tracking. Additional requirements include an integrated invoicing system, agency payment recording and tracking, unique staff and payroll ID assignment, multiple hire date tracking, user-defined deduction codes with full integration into the financial platform, and online direct deposit notifications.
Security features such as temporary account disabling after a set number of failed login attempts are mandatory. The system contract will be issued for a one-year period, with the potential for renewal based on performance and organizational needs.
