The state of Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated cloud-based financial management software solution for a one-year contract. The desired Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform must support a range of key business functions, including finance, fixed assets, grant administration, contract management, and additional related processes.
The solution should offer full integration across all modules, enabling single data entry and eliminating the need for duplicate input. For example, purchase information entered in the vendor module should seamlessly flow into fixed asset records. The platform must also support multiple users working within the same module simultaneously, with the ability to generate reports based on the same dataset in real time.
Additionally, robust audit and tracking features are required, allowing for a comprehensive history view of which users have accessed, created, or modified data entries. Interested vendors should note that questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by January 29, 2026.
