DESCRIPTION

A contracting entity in North Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based financial accounting system that also serves as a data repository and analysis information platform. The engagement includes delivering software, system infrastructure in the cloud, full implementation and deployment services, as well as ongoing support.

The selected offeror will be responsible for configuring, setting up, and testing the system to ensure all technical, functional, and administrative features are fully functional and operational. The expected core functionalities encompass flexible chart of accounts setup, general ledger details for investment and administrative accounts, accounts payable and receivable, standard financial reporting, integration with external systems, reconciliation, and supplementary features such as budget tracking and procurement management.

Additionally, the system must include a robust data warehouse or lake house platform with capabilities such as data storage and management, document storage and retrieval, comprehensive search, data calculation and analysis, tabular reporting, data visualization, workflow automation, and extensive integrations with outside data sources and systems.
