The goal is to modernize the ERP platform, improve the user experience through a secure, mobile-capable, and intuitive interface, and enhance productivity and user adoption.
The system must offer real-time data access to increase transparency and improve budgeting, including self-service inquiry functions and dashboard visibility for budgets, expenditures, contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices. Technical requirements include multi-tenant architecture with isolated data environments, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on via SAML or OAuth protocols.
Additionally, the ERP solution should integrate with SAP Concur for corporate credit card management and support computerized maintenance management for asset and inventory tracking.
