Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A vendor is sought to provide a cloud-based electronic medical records (EMR) software solution. The system should deliver all features through a web browser interface from a hosted environment and support the management of electronic medical records, user actions, and automated workflows.
The solution should enable recording, organization, editing, and management of client medical records, including assessment forms, appointment details, medication ordering and dispensing, clinical notes, test and lab scheduling, as well as support outreach by assisting with contacting clients. User interface features should include managing client profiles, scheduling appointments across multiple clinics and outreach locations, entering personal health information, recording test and treatment results, and uploading various documents and reports. Additional requirements include managing medication inventories, generating financial reports and invoices, providing advanced search and reporting capabilities for notes, client visits, demographics, and test results, and supporting integration with the Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS). Administrative tools must enable agency staff to configure the solution without requiring supplier assistance.
Furthermore, the vendor must provide a secure API, preferably using a RESTful web service protocol, to support general read operations for clinic record access, auditing, and other solution functionalities. The anticipated contract term is three years.
