A cloud-based electronic medical record (EMR) system is required to support Article 31 and mental health outpatient treatment and rehabilitative services. The solution should provide integration with psychiatric services and clinical knowledge enhancement systems (PSYCKES) and facilitate Medicaid ID management and reconciliation of PSYCKES clinical flags.
The system must be compatible with Medicaid ambulatory patient group (APG) and enhanced APG billing methodologies, enable electronic claim submissions, and facilitate reconciliation of electronic remittance advice 835 files. Additionally, it should support mobile crisis or field-based documentation, with offline capabilities and automatic data synchronization.
Key features include waitlist management, appointment scheduling, and automated SMS or voice reminders to enhance patient engagement. The initial contract period will be for one year.
