DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, as well as an integrated Practice Management System. The solution must streamline clinical workflows and support electronic patient medical record documentation, encompassing diagnosis, testing, treatment, medication management, and prior patient history.

The system is expected to integrate functions for patient registration, scheduling, e-prescriptions, external data exchange, electronic posting of insurance payments, internal email, data export, reporting, scanning, imaging, faxing, insurance card scanning, and real-time insurance coverage verification. Additionally, it should facilitate electronic patient statements and medical billing for medical insurance, third-party payers, Medicare/Medicaid, and patient self-pay, including credit and debit card transaction processing.

Document and practice management capabilities should include appointment management, communications, secure internal messaging, and analytics with both real-time and scheduled reporting. Imaging, scanning, faxing, and data export features are required, alongside robust document management functionality.
