The selected provider will be responsible for delivering, hosting, and maintaining an EHR management platform that supports the creation, management, and secure storage of all patient clinical documentation. This includes history and physical examinations, progress notes, lab results, and additional clinical records.
The system must facilitate both manual and electronic submission of claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers. Integration with ePrescribing services is required, allowing prescriptions to be sent electronically from the point of care directly to pharmacies. The platform should also support accounts receivable management and offer robust reporting and data analysis features on patient information.
