Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system designed to support a variety of campus health settings. The desired system should facilitate operations for campus health services, counseling, athletics, and community clinics, enabling multiple distinct clinics to operate securely within the platform. Access must be managed so only authorized users can view information pertaining to their assigned clinic.
Key features required include customizable templated forms and documents, data extraction capabilities for reporting purposes, and a patient portal offering self-check-in, form completion, and secure messaging. The system must also support immunization tracking and offer specialized modules addressing counseling, general health, and athletic services. Integration capabilities for community health and various screening services, including mental health, memory, orthopedic, and balance screenings, are also important.
The awarded contract will run for a three-year period.
