The proposed solution must be capable of supporting at least 75 concurrent users, ensuring operational efficiency across multiple clinics. Reliability is critical, with a service requirement of 99.99% uptime during Monday through Friday, and repair maintenance scheduled so the system is never down for more than four hours. Additionally, the platform should be compatible with current clinical equipment and capable of facilitating the secure transfer of data and information needed for integration.
