A government agency in New York is seeking a qualified service-disabled veteran owned small business to provide a cloud-based eDiscovery Software as a Service (SaaS) solution utilizing RelativityOne. The required solution must deliver a comprehensive eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow, supporting the identification, preservation, collection, and analysis of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). This includes emails, instant messages, documents, databases, websites, and other relevant digital evidence used in civil litigation, criminal proceedings, or labor relations cases.
The engagement encompasses the provision of RelativityOne licenses, cloud storage, solution implementation, and user training. RelativityOne should enable seamless data ingestion from cloud-based email solutions, native files, and forensic extractions into a unified investigative platform, supporting powerful keyword searches across all data types and facilitating LegalHold capabilities as needed. The contract is set for a one-year term.
