Cloud-Based E-Discovery Software

A Maryland agency is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, cloud-based e-discovery software platform housed within the continental United States. The software must offer intuitive, user-friendly tools for Electronically Stored Information (ESI) data processing, review, analysis, predictive coding, artificial intelligence, and production. Compatibility with major browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari, is required, and the system must support simultaneous multi-user access through secure, web-based connections.

The platform should have the capability to identify relevant ESI within the agency’s ecosystem, interface with the County's Single Sign-On, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory, and support drag-and-drop file uploads. It must also process data from handheld devices such as mobile phones and tablets running iOS and Android, as well as from social media sources including SMS and WhatsApp. Video and audio transcription features and native file review are required, along with the ability for third parties to review document subsets via secure links.

Additional requirements include seamless migration and transfer of data from the current e-discovery system, technical support with live Help Desk availability during office hours, and AI-powered search functionalities, including Generative AI tools for summarization and content analysis.
