DESCRIPTION


The State of South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide cloud-based e-discovery and Relativity (or equivalent) software, along with associated hosting, support, and document review services. The selected contractor will supply a secure hosting environment that supports comprehensive e-discovery workflows, including data loading, robust system security, internal quality assurance protocols, and stringent chain of custody requirements.

Services provided must encompass database setup, user training and support, data importation and exportation, system maintenance, data administration, and project management. The solution must feature an online document review platform with advanced capabilities for document search and organization. Additional technical requirements include support for accepting standard load files (.dat, .opt) in multiple encodings and the ability to process and ingest a wide range of file types from Microsoft, Google, and Apple products.

This contract will be in effect for a period of one year. Interested vendors should prepare to address all requirements and ensure submission of questions by February 17, 2026.
