The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a fully functional, scalable, and future-ready cloud-based dispatch and routing software solution to enhance its demand-response transit operations. The system must include both a mobile app and a web-based booking portal, allowing riders to independently book, modify, and manage their trips. Service and zone-level configurations should be easily modifiable through a self-service interface.

Key requirements include the ability to enter and search client information to prevent duplicate entries, support for customizable trip request fields for operational and funding reports, and integration with the Google Maps Platform Mobility package. Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities are required for asset tracking and management. The platform should support pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and record mileage.

Comprehensive training for all system users, such as drivers, dispatchers, and administrators, must be provided through manuals, guides, and other resources. The software should improve operational efficiency with advanced scheduling tools, automated trip assignments, and dynamic route optimization, as well as enhance service quality with real-time vehicle tracking, accurate arrival predictions, and timely communication. Robust reporting, analytics, and integration with performance monitoring systems are essential to support data-driven decision-making. The contract period is five years.
