DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based digital asset management (DAM) solution capable of serving as a single repository for large volumes of historical images, videos, audio files, and graphics. The platform should deliver a user-friendly experience for administrators, super users, and occasional guests, requiring minimal training and technical expertise. Users must be able to easily upload, manage, and share assets from both desktop and mobile devices (iOS and Android), whether inside or outside the network.
The solution must streamline workflows, including automated tagging and efficient asset administration, to enhance productivity for staff and users involved in collecting, organizing, reviewing, approving, tagging, and sharing assets. Improved search and discovery functionalities are required to facilitate asset retrieval for both internal and external users. Lifecycle management features, such as automated alerts based on asset age, should be included. Successful migration of all designated photos and videos into the new DAM system is a key requirement.
The contract will be awarded for a three-year term. Vendors should submit questions by May 14, 2026.
