SUMMARY

Florida RFP for a cloud-based digital accessibility SaaS platform to identify and remediate website compliance issues for public-facing school district sites.

DESCRIPTION

A Florida school district is seeking a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) digital accessibility solution to enhance the accessibility of its public-facing websites. The platform must automatically identify and facilitate the remediation of accessibility issues in accordance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA standards. In addition to scanning public pages, the solution should be capable of accessing password-protected areas, supporting comprehensive coverage.

Key features include intuitive tools for identifying, resolving, and assessing the severity of accessibility issues; content quality and SEO monitoring; and scheduled scans with detailed reporting by section, user, or template. The platform should provide real-time monitoring of user-defined policies and integrate with existing content management systems to enable targeted updates for issue resolution. Role-based dashboards and workflow management tools are required for stakeholders to manage remediation tasks efficiently.

Further requirements include automated accessibility checks for PDFs and other documents, code snippets to assist with issue remediation, and executive dashboards with visual summaries. The solution must provide exportable reports in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats, including comprehensive remediation details. All vendor inquiries must be submitted by February 02, 2026, and the selected solution will be contracted for a three-year period.
