Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a vendor to deliver cloud-based data modernization and analytics consulting services, as well as a comprehensive enterprise data platform. The selected provider will perform discovery and requirements analysis for the agency’s data platform needs and evaluate leading cloud data platforms, such as AWS, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar solutions.
Services include conducting platform capability assessments related to data integration, governance, analytics, and scalability, along with risk assessment and the development of mitigation strategies. The vendor will provide a recommendation for a suitable data platform and an associated implementation roadmap.
In addition to technical assessment and recommendation, the vendor will support strategic planning for the agency’s data modernization journey, including capability maturity assessment, roadmap creation, and organizational design. The engagement also covers the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions—including dashboards, reports, and analytics capabilities—to support data-driven decision-making. The vendor is expected to leverage statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to analyze operational and customer data and generate actionable business insights. The contract period is five years.
