The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software solution. The CRM must be fully functional at the enterprise level and support complex operations across enrollment management, recruitment, marketing, and admissions for undergraduate, graduate, online, and other university-designated programs.
Required capabilities include identity and account lifecycle management, prospect, marketing, and recruitment management, as well as tools for communication, personalization, and engagement. The solution should facilitate admissions, application handling, and integrated forms, as well as events, travel, and outreach management. Additionally, the CRM should provide robust data, analytics, reporting, and system integration functionalities.
Vendors must address comprehensive technical and platform specifications, including security needs, data integration architecture, and data migration. The initial contract period will be one year. All inquiries related to this RFP must be submitted by March 24, 2026.
