Cloud-Based Credentialing and Privileging SaaS Solution

This RFI seeks responses from vendors able to provide a cloud-based credentialing and privileging Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Credentialing-as-a-Service solution. The objective is to transition to a modern, secure, and compliant system that streamlines workflows, enhances operational efficiency, and reduces provider onboarding times while meeting all applicable security and privacy standards, such as FedRAMP.

The sought SaaS solution should be commercially available, require minimal customization, and integrate technology, automation, and compliance-driven workflows tailored to government requirements. Key features include full lifecycle credentialing and privileging, primary and secondary source verification, credential monitoring, peer review and committee workflows, role-based access control, workflow automation, and robust analytics and reporting at national, regional, and facility levels.

The solution must also support data migration, provider self-service, quality and compliance dashboards, document and evidence repository functionality, and enable secure end-to-end management of the credentialing process. Vendors should provide tools for seamless onboarding and demonstrate compatibility with existing infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.
