Judicial Council Of California
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The vendor is sought to provide a cloud-based court interpreter scheduling software platform designed to automate and streamline the process of court requests for and assignment of qualified interpreter employees for in-person and video remote assignments. The system must maintain a centralized interpreter directory, including credentials, languages, contact information, and availability for scheduling purposes.
The solution should include training materials, comprehensive user support with vendor-led training webinars as needed, and administrative configuration tools. Integration with the council’s court interpreter data collection system (CIDCS) is required for seamless data entry of assignments and access to interpreter profiles. The platform must offer mobile-friendly design or a dedicated mobile app (iOS/Android optional), be based on scalable SaaS architecture with 99.9% uptime, and provide dashboard analytics with filtering by date range, court, interpreter, and language.
Security features must cover secure data import/export and REST API access for external systems, integration with existing court case management systems, role-based dashboards, configurable workflows, API documentation, and a sandbox testing environment. Data encryption in transit and at rest is mandatory. Additionally, the system should support real-time updates to court staff regarding interpreter confirmation or cancellation and facilitate interpreter management. The contract period is for three years.
