The desired solution must offer advanced customization options and seamless integration with both Canvas LMS and Banner SIS. Key features include automation of survey workflows, automated scheduling aligned with the academic calendar, configurable notifications and reminders based on user roles, and an intuitive interface accessible to administrators, faculty, and students. Real-time analytics and dashboards are required to monitor participation and response rates, as well as automated report generation tailored for user roles such as instructors, chairs, and deans.
Further requirements include drill-down analytics at both the course and instructor level, customizable templates with departmental and term filters, longitudinal analytics to track trends across semesters, and export options supporting PDF, Excel, and interactive dashboards. The system should also support custom landing pages for different academic units, institutional branding across all components, and customizable email templates for communication related to surveys.
