Superior Court of California, County of Alameda
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A California superior court is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and implement a cloud-based contract management system (CMS). The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive, secure, and user-friendly solution designed to support the court’s full range of contract management activities, including configuration, integration with existing systems, testing, deployment, user training, and ongoing technical support.
The CMS should centralize all contract documents within a secure digital repository and automate processes such as contract number assignment, version and document control, and configurable notifications and reminders for timely actions and compliance. The system must streamline contract tracking, storage, reporting, and offer options for document creation to enhance contract administration efficiency via intuitive workflows.
The court requires a system that not only meets current operational needs, but is also capable of future expansion to encompass the full contract lifecycle. The vendor should be prepared to collaborate closely with court staff throughout implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and sustainable support.
