An organization in Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based Contract Management Office (CMO) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The selected partner will be responsible for designing, implementing, and organizing a CMO along with a CLM solution that meets the organization's needs. This includes the provision of software and the delivery of consulting, change management, training, and ongoing support services.
The required CLM solution should offer end-to-end contract lifecycle capabilities, including customizable workflows, contract templates, approval routing, a clause library, and a centralized contract repository. Integration with existing enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, General Counsel, and grants management platforms is essential. The system must be hosted in the cloud, support single sign-on, and be compatible with Microsoft Office products—including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key features must also include robust tracking of contract changes, advanced search capabilities across contract text and data fields, and support for both internal and external electronic signatures. The vendor will further assist in establishing contract governance structures, policies, templates, and reporting mechanisms to support effective contract management across the organization.
