DESCRIPTION
The requesting entity is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based construction cost estimating software solution. The software must be fully compatible with and make use of BNi Price Book data to ensure reliable, up-to-date estimates. Each user will be assigned a unique, secure username and password for authentication and access control.
Key features include the ability to track projects by contract, contract year, estimator name, project location, and customer. The platform should provide robust document management tools and project template automation to enhance workflow efficiency. The system must also allow for the generation of detailed, line-item estimates, support multiple coefficients and contractor markup structures, and easily export data to Excel (.xlsx) and Adobe PDF (.pdf) formats.
The awarded contract will cover a five-year period. This solicitation is specifically set aside for total small business participation.
