Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) with integrated Geographic Information System (GIS) functionality. The proposed solution should offer a comprehensive, seamless platform that supports real-time data collection, delivered through an intuitive, visually engaging dashboard with printable infographics. Integration with ESRI ArcGIS is required to enhance geographic visualization and the efficient management of asset-related information, work orders, and resource allocation.
Preferred features include the use of artificial intelligence to streamline information management. The system must allow authorized users to update unique asset IDs while retaining all associated records, and attach or link specific instructions or checklists for various inspection, testing, or repair tasks. Additional capabilities include recording detailed customer request or complaint information, tracking contractor details pertinent to work orders, and managing multiple warehouse or storage locations, including mobile warehouses.
The system should also be able to store or calculate consequence of failure scores based on stored asset or system data. Full support is required for major mobile platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows, as well as web-based access via Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. Integration with versioned Esri ArcGIS geodatabases, standard interfaces to ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Online, and the ability to display asset attributes, work histories, and pending work within both the EAMS and GIS environments are also necessary.
