DESCRIPTION
A cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is sought for implementation across multiple park facilities and assets. The proposed solution should streamline maintenance operations, improve asset reliability, optimize resource allocation, and ensure ongoing compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key requirements include real-time tracking of status, timestamps, assignees, ETAs, and SLA countdowns. The system must automate work order creation and routing based on various triggers such as maintenance requests, inspections, schedules, and sensor inputs. Mobile capabilities are essential, allowing field staff to create, update, and close work orders on iOS and Android devices. The CMMS should feature drag-and-drop graphical calendars, accept maintenance requests from both licensed and unlicensed users, and display asset availability in real time with customizable states.
Additional features include integrated fleet management for preventive maintenance, inspections, mileage/hours tracking, and service records. GIS integration for asset geolocation mapping, native mobile apps, QR/barcode scanning for asset and parts management, configurable dashboards and reporting tools, secure API support, and real-time notifications via multiple channels are also required.
