Hall County Government
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A county in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system. The solution should deliver high availability, redundancy, scalability, and remote access, aiming to reduce reliance on on-premises infrastructure. The system must enhance reliability, operational resiliency, cybersecurity, and continuity of operations, while supporting efficient call-taking and dispatch workflows for law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services.
Proposed solutions should be proven in public safety environments and capable of meeting current and anticipated operational needs. Vendors are required to provide detailed overviews of their CAD systems, including primary functions, features, system architecture, and operational capabilities. Support for mobile CAD functionality and applications is essential, along with configurable modules, user roles, and business rules tailored to agency-specific requirements.
Additional requirements include standard uptime guarantees, service level commitments, bandwidth, latency, redundancy, failover specifications, and performance under constrained network conditions. Vendors should describe their experience implementing CAD solutions for organizations comparable in size and complexity, outline responsibilities during the implementation process, and identify any third-party vendors or subcontractors involved.
The initial contract period will be one year, with questions from vendors due by March 20, 2026.
