Saskatchewan is seeking a cloud-based clinician management and reappointment system to streamline and automate credentialing, privileging, reappointment, and reporting processes. The new platform will replace manual and fragmented workflows with a unified solution, supporting both physicians and administrators in managing privileges, renewals, compliance activities, and workforce planning.
Key features include automated tracking of privileges and certifications, customizable audit trails, automated reminders for renewals, and dashboards for status monitoring. The system should facilitate easy data entry and visualization, supporting real-time analytics to enhance patient safety and organizational efficiency. Providers must be able to upload and access credentialing, training, and recruitment information, while the solution remains scalable and configurable without the need for code development. The agreement for this system is intended for a five-year period.
