The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based ClearCase Automated Cartridge Case Triage System or an equivalent solution. The required system must possess advanced technical features such as high–resolution 3D imaging, automated triage, non–contact evidence handling, and robust cloud-based data management. Additional accessories, supporting software, and a fully automated loading and starting workflow are necessary. The system should enable acquisition time per sample of 60 seconds.
Support for mobile app tracking and test logging, as well as a web interface and secure, cloud-based platform for remote collaboration, is essential. The selected vendor must also provide comprehensive end user and technical support, including telephone (with a 24/7 hotline in Spanish and 1-hour callback time) and email help for incident tracking and failure reporting. Remote support capabilities are required.
The solution should be easily accessible for both technical and field users, ensuring streamlined tracking, rapid sample analysis, and effective remote team collaboration.
