El Paso County, Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to replace its existing on-premises Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and associated systems with a modern, cloud-based call manager platform. The new solution must be fully hosted, secure, redundant, and support a hybrid environment during the migration process.
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a seamless migration to a scalable cloud communications platform. Requirements include integration with Microsoft Teams for calling, maintaining continuity of voicemail, call recording, and contact center services, and enabling voicemail forwarding to Microsoft Outlook inboxes. Additionally, the platform should provide advanced dashboards that display call volumes, missed calls, and agent utilization, along with cost reporting features or export capabilities for budgeting and the ability for role-based access control so that department leaders see only relevant data.
Vendors must also demonstrate the ability to simulate 911 calls from multiple endpoints, including desk phones, softphones, and Teams or Microsoft Integrated Teams Calling.
