DESCRIPTION

The County seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based case management system (CMS) tailored for a coroner's office that handles medicolegal death investigations. The selected solution must support comprehensive and effective case management, offering customization, remote access, annual hosting, maintenance, support services, and user training. Key system features include cloud-based data, image, and file storage with assurance of data safety and security, compliance with accreditation requirements, and enhanced staff collaboration.

The CMS should be web-based, accessible via modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and designed for user-friendliness. It must include tools for creating and documenting intake records, case assignments, status updates, and ideally provide time tracking for all team members. All confidential, personally identifiable information (PII) stored in the CMS must be physically located in the United States.

The initial contract period runs for five years. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 17, 2026, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than March 23, 2026.
