The State of California is seeking a vendor to deliver a cloud-based case management and analytical system equipped with advanced features. The system must include case management services, suspicious activity reporting, and comprehensive analytical tools capable of processing large datasets. Key functionalities should encompass creating interactive data visualizations, such as link analysis diagrams, timelines, and organizational charts, as well as combining multiple PDF documents.
Additional requirements include geospatial analysis with the ability to geo-locate addresses and parse latitude and longitude information. Integration with ESRI and the development of customizable supervisor dashboards are essential. The platform should support task and subtask assignment at the user level and provide a public-facing interface for both public and law enforcement intake. Strong data retention capabilities, featuring customizable purge criteria, and Single Sign-On integration managed by the vendor, are also mandatory.
