Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a scalable, cloud-based card access system across multiple facilities. The project involves deploying a modern access control solution that enhances physical security and restricts unauthorized entry based on user roles and departmental affiliations.
The system must support centralized management, providing real-time monitoring, audit trails, and flexible user or group-based access scheduling. It should accommodate a range of authentication methods including proximity cards, mobile app credentials, PIN codes, and optionally, biometric identifiers. Integration with existing IT and security infrastructure is required, along with robust reporting capabilities and support for future expansion.
Both cloud-based and on-premises deployment options are acceptable. The selected vendor will ensure that the solution delivers real-time alerts, comprehensive audit logs, and seamless management of access credentials for authorized personnel.
