The State of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to configure, implement, and maintain a modernized cloud-based captive insurance integrator system. The selected vendor will provide system integrators to deliver a government cloud solution, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that automates the Captive Insurance Branch's core business processes. This initiative aims to modernize and automate the current paper-based operations through a comprehensive government cloud-based integrated CRM solution and an online portal.
The scope of work includes requirements gathering, business process analysis, identifying process improvements, and developing user interface designs. The vendor will configure, test, and implement the CRM system using an Agile methodology. The solution must support real-time workflows, task and document management, billing, reporting, analytics dashboards, help desk incident tracking, and secure data storage. Additionally, the contractor will develop a secure public portal for online application renewal, fee collection, and data inquiries, with seamless integration to existing systems.
The project requires overall management, supervision, and administrative support for all planned activities, working closely with a designated State project manager. Organizational change management activities must be carefully planned and executed to ensure effective adoption and timely project completion.
