The Workers' Compensation Board - Alberta
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based, independent business continuity management tool. The solution must streamline business continuity planning, enhance real-time incident response, and improve targeted and crisis communications both internally and externally. The agency is looking for a tool to replace existing platforms used for planning, incident management, and emergency communications, such as MS Teams, Word, Excel, Clarity, and Net-Support Notify.
The proposed solution should operate independently from core organizational environments, ensuring effective incident response even if internal networks or systems are compromised. Key stakeholders must be able to access plans, coordinate responses, and communicate efficiently to ensure rapid recovery and continued service delivery during any business disruption.
The successful vendor will be responsible for installation and configuration support, including establishing necessary connections to integrated systems. Additionally, a high-level data migration and integration plan is required, addressing data classification and cybersecurity mechanisms to protect information at rest and in transit. Vendors must also provide detailed input for the organization's cybersecurity architecture document to demonstrate a security-by-design approach.
