DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide comprehensive cloud-based Building Automation System (BAS) support services for the university’s Metasys controls platform and associated control systems. The services must maintain a reliable, secure, and fully functional BAS environment supporting patient care, research, academic, and administrative operations.

The scope includes cloud services, software-as-a-service, hosted computer services, analytics, dashboards, remote monitoring, reporting capabilities, and other innovations designed to improve system reliability, operational efficiency, energy performance, and customer service.
