DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based benefit management software solution that streamlines, automates, and centralizes employee benefits administration, covering all stages from open enrollment to compliance tracking. The system must support the management of employee elections and seamless transmission of election data to various service providers. A high-touch service approach is required, including concierge-style support throughout the process.

Key features should include both an employee self-service portal for enrollment and benefits information access, and an administrator portal for account management, enrollments, and reporting. The solution must automate reminders and notifications related to enrollment and eligibility statuses, allow administrators to set up test users for mock enrollment scenarios, and provide a library of pre-built and custom, real-time reports. Integration capabilities with benefit carriers and payroll systems, carrier discrepancy support, premium adjustments for employees, and optional decision support tools are also necessary.

Further, the platform must enable customizable workflows for life event processing, track evidence of insurability, and generate detailed and summary location/division billing reports. The contract will have a one-year period, and vendors are required to submit any questions by March 11, 2026.
