DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide a cloud-based back-office system for the FasTrak Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC). The scope includes the design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of a next generation tolling back-office system. This project requires full-service customer service center back-office capabilities, including components such as websites and lockbox integration. Delivery involves the development, configuration, integration, and testing of the system and its associated subsystems, functionalities, and interfaces.

The selected vendor will manage all aspects of transitioning from the current back-office system, including migrating existing accounts, data, invoices, violations, and file artifacts. The system must be based on a proven software platform, designed for long-term scalability, adaptability, and resilience to serve the region's needs until at least 2050. The relationship is envisioned as strategic and collaborative, with provisions for transitioning ongoing operations and maintenance. Ongoing responsibilities will include maintenance, support, updates, upgrades, cloud-based hosting, reporting, archiving, and disaster recovery.

All bidder questions must be submitted no later than May 13, 2026.
