DESCRIPTION
The county is seeking a vendor to implement a cloud-based audit management system. The selected provider must supply all necessary infrastructure, software, programming, documentation, materials, products, tools, transportation, training materials, personnel, technical expertise, and project management skills required for system implementation.
The solution must address enterprise-level environment, security, and technical requirements. It should integrate with the county's use of current Microsoft operating systems for desktops and servers and support secure cloud identity management, authentication, and single sign-on (SSO) for both internal and external county applications. Compatibility with enterprise document management platforms such as SharePoint Online and Laserfiche v10 is required.
Additional integration with financial enterprise resource planning systems (Central Square Finance Enterprise), web content management (CivicPlus and SharePoint Online), and geographic information systems including ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro is necessary. Vendors are required to submit all questions regarding this RFP by April 17, 2026.
