DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide and implement a cloud-based asset management system (AMS) to enhance the workflows of a public utility district. The AMS should optimize current workstreams, including preventive and corrective maintenance, asset inspections, construction, procurement, inventory, and integrate with the customer service order and billing system. The system must manage assets associated with multiple facilities and processes, including water reservoirs, filtration plants, distribution systems, wastewater collection, reclamation, composting, and future advanced water purification facilities.

The solution must offer robust mobile functionality, enabling offline work order management, asset inspections, and GIS-based map interaction. Data synchronization with the central platform should occur when network connectivity is established. The AMS must be GIS-centric, supporting spatial reference and synchronization with the utility’s GIS system. The contract term is three years, and a mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled. Vendors should ensure comprehensive support for all outlined assets and integration points.
