DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to deliver a cloud-based, integrated asset forfeiture case management system that supports both criminal and civil forfeiture case tracking, management, and legal compliance. The system must feature user-configurable web and native mobile client interfaces, along with centralized document storage utilizing SharePoint for case files, exhibits, and court documents.
Key requirements include robust data import/export capabilities (CSV, XML, APIs) and the ability to migrate existing case data. The solution should capture and associate emails and SMS messages with their respective cases when used, and support integration with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or equivalent.
