A state education agency in Louisiana is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud-based assessment platform. The platform must support instructional decision-making with a foundation in the science of reading, numeracy progressions, and content-area literacy. Key requirements include robust tools for the development, uploading, and management of formative, interim, benchmark, and summative assessments, as well as secure collection and analysis of data to inform accountability and continuous improvement.

The selected platform must adhere to modern interoperability standards, integrating seamlessly with learning management systems (LMS) for assignment visibility and student information systems (SIS) via near–real–time roster synchronization. Features should include customizable dashboards for various user roles, support for data-driven instructional planning, usage analytics, system performance metrics, and AI-assisted analytics for educators and administrators. Additionally, the solution should offer both online and offline assessment delivery options, accessibility features across all modules, and support Ed-Fi standards for data exchange and reporting. The vendor will also be responsible for data migration and system configuration, as well as ongoing enhancements to support continuous improvement efforts.
