The state of New York is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) to modernize and streamline its recruitment processes. The desired solution must enable job postings to internal and external career sites, manage candidate flow from application through onboarding, and facilitate access to third-party recruiting services such as LinkedIn Apply Connect.
Key features required include a dynamic, single-page application interface that does not require user log-in, and robust support for internal job advertising and employee access via provider-hosted portals or the corporate intranet. The system should feature customizable requisition creation and approval workflows, customizable candidate applications, resume parsing, and automated profile creation.
Additional functionalities must cover interview management (with panel scheduling and feedback), candidate pipeline management, and comprehensive offer management capabilities—including offer letter creation, revisions, approvals, distribution, and secure digital candidate acceptance. The solution should provide real-time updates and enhancements at no extra cost throughout the contract term, and support passive sourcing by enabling direct import of social contact data into the platform.
