A law enforcement agency in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based analytical software platform designed to enhance real-time crime intelligence and situational awareness. The platform should support proactive policing, facilitate investigations, and promote collaboration among agencies by integrating seamlessly with existing law enforcement data sources.
Key requirements include automated insights, alerts, and visualizations to aid operational decision-making. The system must be capable of integrating with multiple data streams such as license plate recognition (LPR) systems like Flock, field reports, computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and record management systems (RMS) from providers such as Central Square through API connections. Furthermore, the platform should offer AI-assisted pattern detection to identify related crimes, vehicles, or locations, as well as support real-time alerting and notifications for designated events.
