Key requirements include a comprehensive alumni database platform that supports engagement, career and professional development, fundraising, and community-building initiatives. The system must feature intuitive community tools, real-time analytics, customizable reporting, and advanced CRM functionality. In addition, the platform should offer centralized and secure records management, interoperability with database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle, and tools for communication, engagement, event management, career networking, mentorship, and integrated fundraising.
